How to redeem a deal code

  1. Create a free account at /signup
  2. Confirm your email address via the link we send
  3. Go to /redeem
  4. Enter your code exactly as shown in your purchase email
  5. Your plan upgrades immediately

How to create your first case

  1. Go to /app/new-case
  2. Fill in the customer name, order number, and delivery status
  3. Select the dispute scenario (e.g., Missing Parcel)
  4. Choose your tone (e.g., Calm Professional)
  5. Paste your shipping or returns policy if you have one
  6. Click "Generate Reply and Evidence Pack"
  7. Review and copy the output. It is ready to use.

How to export an evidence pack

  1. Generate a case on the New Case page
  2. Click the "Evidence Pack" tab in the output panel
  3. Use the Export button to download as Markdown or TXT
  4. Attach the file to your dispute submission or payment processor response

What to do if your access is not active

  1. Check that you have confirmed your email address
  2. Try signing out and back in
  3. Visit /account. If your plan shows "Free" after redeeming, contact support.
  4. Email support@getdisputedesk.com with your order reference

How to report a bug

Email support@getdisputedesk.com with:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Which browser and device you were using
  • A screenshot if possible
