Refund Policy

Digital product notice

DisputeDesk is a digital software-as-a-service product. Access is granted immediately upon payment. Because the product is delivered digitally and access begins at once, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

The payment provider and refund process depends on how your purchase was made. Details are set out in the Refund Processing section below.

Monthly subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current paid period
  • No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days after cancellation
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it

Founding Lifetime Deal

Lifetime deal purchases carry a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. A refund will be issued if DisputeDesk does not function materially as described on the Lifetime Deal page at the time of your purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
  • You must include your order reference number (from your purchase receipt)
  • We may ask for details about what did not work as expected
  • After the 30-day window, lifetime deal purchases are final

When we will not issue a refund

  • You changed your mind after accessing the product
  • You did not achieve the dispute outcome you wanted (outcomes depend on many factors outside our control)
  • Your account was suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
  • The 30-day refund window for lifetime deals has passed
  • A monthly subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date

Exceptional circumstances

We are a small team and we are reasonable. If you have an unusual situation, email us and explain what happened. We will review it fairly. We do not want unhappy customers and we will always try to find a fair resolution.

Refund processing

Where payment is processed through Paddle, approved refunds may be processed by Paddle according to the applicable checkout terms, Paddle's buyer policies, and any refund rights required by law.

If payment is processed through another provider, such as Shopify Payments or another checkout provider, refunds may be processed through that provider according to the terms shown at checkout.

In all cases, approved refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email support@getdisputedesk.com with:

  • Your order reference number (from your purchase receipt email)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
