Does lifetime mean unlimited cases?
No. Lifetime means no monthly payment. Your monthly case limit is set by your tier. Tier 1 = 50 cases/month. Tier 2 = 200. Tier 3 = 500.
What happens after the 60 days?
The lifetime deal closes. New customers will pay monthly. Existing lifetime members keep their access.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. Contact support and pay the difference between tiers. Tier stacking is supported.
What if DisputeDesk shuts down?
If the product ever closes, lifetime members will receive maximum notice and a data export. This is a genuine commitment, not a footnote.
Can I use my account for multiple stores?
Yes. Tier 1 supports 1 store. Tier 2 supports 3 stores. Tier 3 supports 5 stores. One account, multiple store profiles.
Is there a refund policy?
